Satisfaction or refund
If the customer is not satisfied with their product, the maximum return request period is 14 days from receipt of the order. In this case, shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer. Before making a return, the customer must contact our sales department within the indicated period by email at snell@snellgolf.es and/or phone at 686401143, where we will instruct them on how to proceed with the return. No returns will be accepted without prior notification. To be eligible for a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, with all accessories and original documentation retained. The returned item must be properly packaged for return.

IMPORTANT:
www.snellgolf.es will not refund the amount or reship any merchandise until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging, and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified. The refundable price is the original price shown on the order, and the refund will be processed according to the payment method chosen by the customer. Product with a manufacturing defect: Once www.snellgolf.es receives the defective product, it will send you another. In this case, the exchange will always be for the same item or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, with www.snellgolf.es covering the return and reshipment costs. If you wish to exchange an item for another item, www.snellgolf.es will not cover the return and reshipment costs. Product that, by mistake, does not match the order: www.snellgolf.es will cover the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
